Our privately-owned four bedroom villa is air conditioned and with screened heated sparkling deluxe swimming pool is everything you want for your wonderful vacation in Florida

Our home is situated two miles south of Highway 192 and ten minutes from Disney. Eagle Pointe is a quiet and safe residential community yet only a few minutes drive to 192 where you will find banks, malls, shops, restaurants and entertainment

The luxury villa can accommodate ten guests, with a cot (crib), high chair and stroller available on request. There are three telephones in the home with local calls free

All bedrooms and the living/family room have ceiling fans to keep the home cool alongside the air conditioning. We have some repeated guests year after year in our home who have experienced a vacation at Eagle Pointe. Please check with us fr availability

The family room is open plan with 2 seater and 3 seater sofas, including a double sofa bed. Multi channel cable TV, VCR and CD/HiFi player and a selection of CD's to listen to, DVD player, books, games, puzzles, including Sega game system. Patio doors lead straight onto the sun deck and swimming pool area

Large dining/breakfasting kitchen, fully fitted and equipped to the highest standard, with all modern conveniences, including breakfast bar, cooker/oven, large fridge/freezer with ice-maker, microwave oven, waste disposal unit, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and teapot.

A kitchen table and four chairs allow breakfast to be eaten with the sun shining through the window. All crockery and cutlery are provided together with glasses, utensils, iron and ironing board

The master bedroom with ceiling fan and multi channel cable TV has a king size bed with a rocking chair and bedside telephone. This bedroom overlooks the pool, has a large en-suite bathroom incorporating w/c, twin corner bath, shower, and a his & hers vanity unit with twin hand basins. It has a very large walk in closet with a floor safe

Bedroom 2 has multi channel cable, with twin beds, drawers, fitted wardrobes, and overlooks the pool. Bedroom 3 has queen bed, drawers and fitted wardrobes, and is situated at the front of the home. Bedroom 4 is a DISNEY THEMED (Winnie-The-Pooh) bedroom which the children adore. This bedroom is beautifully furnished with fitted wardrobes, drawers and twin beds. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share an adjoining bathroom with shower, bath and toilet facilities.

The private pool is fully enclosed and there is some shade when it gets too hot during the day. In the sunbathing deck area there is an ample selection of loungers, chairs and poolside furniture, and a BBQ. At night in the long summer evenings you can relax and unwind by the fully lit pool. The pool can be heated at your request. This is a chargeable extra - please ask if you would like the pool heated for your arrival. Our local management team ensures that the pool is cleaned and maintained on a weekly basis.
